The site is owned by Temple Global Resources, LLC, who we refer to, together with our affiliates, as “us”, “we” or “our”.  When we refer to “you” and “your” in this policy, we are referring to you as a visitor to and user of the site.

1. ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICABILITY OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS POLICY. By using the site in any way, including accessing, browsing, using the site, and/or contacting us through the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this policy. If you do not agree to this policy or to any other policy posted on the site, you should not access or otherwise use the site.

This privacy policy applies only to information we obtain through your use of the site. It does not apply to information that we or others may collect through other means, such as information we may learn through a commercial or employment relationship with you.

This privacy policy, and our security and other policies may change from time to time.  Please consult this portion of the site for changes to the privacy policy as they occur.  It is our practice to post any changes we make to this privacy policy on this page, but it is your responsibility to check this privacy policy for updates.  By using the site after we post any changes to this privacy policy, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them, and such acceptance shall be deemed legally conclusive.  If at any time you choose not to accept the terms of this privacy policy, you should not use the site or provide information about yourself to us.

2. How We Collect AND Use YOUR PERSONAL Information

Personal information refers to information that we can use to personally identify a specific individual. Different laws define personal information (and similar terms, such as personal data and personally identifiable information) to include different things, but it generally includes information like your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number. It may also include your computer or mobile device IP address, if that IP address can be linked to a particular person.

You are in control of whether you provide us with your personal information. You can visit and view the site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, if you choose to make use of certain features of the site, you may need to provide certain information to us. For example, if you reach out to us through the site using the “Contact Us” feature, you will need to provide certain personal information depending on the nature of your inquiry.

If you are not comfortable with providing information to us, you should not do so.

Below, we describe the categories of personal information we collect, our reasons for collecting that information, and how we use it:

  • Identification and Contact Information: Our site allows you to reach out to us through our “Contact Us” feature. If you use this feature, we will obtain the information included in your inquiry. We use this information to respond to you, to provide the information you request, and for other purposes relevant to your inquiry.

  • Browsing and Device Information: We may collect browsing information when users visit the site. Depending on the device you use to access the site, we may be able to identify that device. However, we do not retain this information or link it to other personal information about you.

We keep the personal information we collect for as long as we continue to have a business need, unless a longer period is required by law. Business needs include, among others, legal and risk management.

In addition to the specific uses set forth above, the personal information we collect may be used for the following additional purposes, all of which are related to our operation of our business and our provision of products and services:

  • Evaluating and improving the quality of our products and services.

  • Complying with legal requirements.

  • Preventing and addressing fraud and breaches of our site requirements and policies.

3. How We Collect and Use Non-Personally Identifiable Information

Non-personally identifiable information refers to information that is not and cannot be used to identify a specific individual. This may include information about the statistical characteristics of the visitors to our site. While this information may define how you fit into a particular group of people, it is not unique to you, and it cannot be used (without other information) to specifically identify you.

As noted above, you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information. Like most websites, our site may automatically collect certain information as you browse our site, but the data we collect in this manner is limited to “browsing data,” which is automatically collected by the computer systems responsible for the management and operation of the site and the use of internet communication protocols. This information may be used to understand how you use the site, which pages you visit and what content you view.  We do not use this data to personally identify you.

Our site host also uses analytics tools to collect information about the use of our site, so that we and the host can understand our visitors’ online behavior.

4. COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

When you view the site, we might store some information on your computer in the form of a so-called “cookie” or similar file, to help our site run more effectively. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that, such as by having your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent or by choosing to block all cookies.  This can be done through your web browser settings. However, browsers differ in their settings, so you should look at your browser’s “Help” menu to learn how to modify your cookie settings. If you do disable cookies from your browser this may affect how you can view the site and may make your experiences on the site less efficient.

In addition, certain browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Edge, offer a “do not track” or “DNT” option. This option, using a technology known as a DNT header, sends a signal to websites visited by the user about the user’s DNT preference, if any, set on the browser. We do not currently commit to responding to browsers’ DNT signals.

5. HOW AND WHY WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with third parties in the following circumstances:

  • We may provide information to our trusted service providers who use that information only to conduct business on our behalf. For example, they may handle our data management. We provide these service providers only with the information they need to perform their services, and work with them to respect and protect your privacy.

  • We may share information with data analytics platforms, which compile statistics and perform analyses intended to improve our site experience.

  • We will release information, including personal information, only if we believe that such action is appropriate to (a) comply with law, regulations, legal process or governmental request, (b) enforce any terms of use applicable to the site, including potential violations, (c) detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) otherwise protect the rights, property or personal safety of us, our employees, site users or others.

  • We may share information, including personal information, in connection with or as a part of any major company transaction, such as a merger, sale of company assets, financing or stock sale, of all or a portion of our business to another company, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, litigation or similar proceeding, in which personal information about the users of our site is among the assets transferred.

We do not disclose any personal information that we collect about you through the site to anyone for any purpose, other than as disclosed. We do not sell any personal information.

6. THIRD PARTY SERVICES

Some content or applications on our site are serviced by third parties. These third parties may use cookies, alone or with other tracking technology, to collect information about you when you use the site.  They may be able to associate the information they collect with your personal information, or they may collect information, including personal information, about your online activities over time and across other website and online services. We cannot control any third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used.

7. Our Security Measures

We and our website host use a variety of industry-standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information, including measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.

Unfortunately, no electronic data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.  While we believe that we use reasonable measures to protect personal information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted or otherwise provided to us or received from us.

8. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING Your Information

Opting Out of Providing Information. All personal information provided through the site requires your voluntary submission, except for browsing and device information, which may be automatically collected if you use the site. You should refrain from visiting the site if you do not want any browsing or device information collected. It is otherwise your choice whether to provide us with information, such as by using or refraining from using the “Contact Us” feature of the site.
